Payment options and requirements: We accept payment by Visa, Master Card, American Express or US check or money order. If you order from us over the phone or through the website we will not be able to ship your item until your payment has cleared. We require payment to be received within 7 days of a website purchase, or the item will be restocked in our store. If you are sending a check please contact us to let us know after your check has been mailed, we ask the check is sent as soon as possible so it arrives to us promptly.

Our shipping policy: We ship UPS Ground which has an $11.00 shipping and insurance minimum. If your purchase exceeds $500.00 in value, or the item is large or heavy, we will calculate the cost of your shipping and insurance when contacted. We require that packages be insured for their full amount before leaving our store. For items shipping out of country, we ship United States Postal Service. If your total exceeds $100.00 we require for the package to be insured for the full amount, as available. If your package does not exceed $100.00 you are not required to insure your package, however we are not responsible for any package lost, stolen or damaged after the item leaves our store. Please contact us for shipping cost and options if you are shipping outside the U.S.

Our privacy policy: For those paying by credit card over the phone: We do not lease, rent, lend, sell, show or give any of your personal credit card information to anyone else. Anyone providing us with checks, addresses, phone numbers, or any other personal information we do not lease, rent, lend, sell, show or give any of your information provided to us. Also, to insure further privacy, we do not keep any information on file.

Cancellation policy: You may cancel an item you have “purchased” before payment. Once you have paid for your item, but before it has been shipped you may cancel your item with a restocking fee. Orders that have been shipped out cannot be cancelled, please see our return policy to return your item. If you need to cancel your order please call 1-800-296-8676 and speak with someone in the website department. We cannot accept cancellation requests via email.

Our return policy: Cash refunds will not be issued when an item is returned. An item can be returned for exchange or store credit within 30 days with original receipt. An item that is being returned must be in the original condition it left our store; items that are purchased as new must be returned in unopened factory bags and estate items must be returned to the store in the same condition it left us. A restocking fee will be charged. We will return the amount of the original item itself, price of shipping not included. No exchanges or returns made for earrings, special order items, coins, bullions & antiques.
